Introducing again, the kings of cowpunk: Pronghorn
You know them already, yeah? If you don’t, lace up!
The undisputed kings of cowpunk are back. (Cowpunk, for the uninitiated, is country and western going for a gallop with punk rock.) Think Jigging with a capital J. Think loud, barefaced banjo-fiddle-washboard action and a lot of stomping and limb shaking. We love these ne’er-do-wells and hope you do too.
The kings describe themselves as, “Eye candy for drinking women… a more motley collection of bad shirts, mullets, prison tattoos, broken teeth and greasy comb-overs you’d be hard pushed to find outside of a Dale Winton garden party.” Well, there you go.
Next year Pronghorn will have their 35th birthday, but let’s start celebrating now.
